History - The Yelton Promise

The Yelton family promise began in 1988 when Roy Yelton (soon joined by his wife JoAnn) opened a local, family owned and operated business. Since our family’s first day of business in 1988, we have treated customers like friends and made exceeding their expectations our tradition. We’re not just interested in selling our customers a piece of jewelry, but in developing a long lasting relationship as your family jeweler.

In 2009, Yelton Fine Jewelers moved into its current location, 9263 Schulze Dr. in West Chester, fulfilling Roy’s dream of a contemporary, beautiful and welcoming stand-alone store.

Sadly, Roy has passed on, but the warm and inviting legacy he created in Yelton Fine Jewelers lives on. Today, Roy and JoAnn’s son Mark and his wife Tina as well as JoAnn and the rest of Yelton staff work hard to bring you the best possible jewelry experience around.

We guarantee all of our merchandise and work, have free, no-interest lay-a-way, and interest free financing to qualified buyers. We also utilize a Wish List to make shopping and gift selection a snap. And just in case you still can’t decide, we also offer store gift certificates. We also provide free lifetime checkups and inspections on all jewelry.
